We had the best aspects of our stay at this hotel. The staff were attentive, providing a warm greeting on arrival and explaining everything well. The room was well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and had a comfortable bed and fluffy towels. The hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, were excellent. The location was convenient, with easy access to Covent Garden and other landmarks within walking distance.

This hotel is an oasis of luxury amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. We were pampered from the start with attentive service and exclusive amenities. The Spa & wellness centre, Indoor swimming pool, Sauna, and Jacuzzi exceeded our expectations, providing the perfect relaxing escape. Our room was beautifully designed with exclusive room advantages, offering a stunning view of the city. We enjoyed the delightful options provided by the restaurant, in-room breakfast, and Bar/Lounge area. The location advantages were just a cherry on top!
Although our stay was perfect in every way, the only minor issue we encountered was the availability of private facilities. However, the service provided by the staff more than compensated for this, ensuring our stay remained unforgettable.
