We had the best aspects of our stay at this hotel. The staff were attentive, providing a warm greeting on arrival and explaining everything well. The room was well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and had a comfortable bed and fluffy towels. The hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, were excellent. The location was convenient, with easy access to Covent Garden and other landmarks within walking distance.
